A 10+ minute segment with Andy Borbely. Andy makes Cubs and Cardinals inspired drinks.
Cubs: Ramos Gin Fizz. Egg white, lemon and lime juice, sugar, orange flour water, heavy cream, (looks like North Shore Gin, cointreau) (shake for a day and a half); Blue cuarcao, peach bitters; and then he did something with frosting.
Cardinals: Manhattan variation; Buffalo Trace Bourbon, cherry bitters, sugar (simple syrup), and an Andy stove mixture.
